Tom Coleman Residence:

This project consisted of providing right-of-way engineering and survey layout for the new residence.  Set-back verification was also included. 

Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara - Lompoc Office:

Gromatici won this project based on qualifications with the Housing Authority to construct a new commercial building.  Survey control and layout of the concrete form and verifications were done. - Lompoc

Elings Park Gas Line:

Gromatici performed GPS control, and layout for a new 6" gas line.  - Santa Barbara

Creekside Village:

A five acre site with 9 apartment buildings, new road, sewer, water and dry utilities.  We completed this project with GPS and robotic technologies.  - Los Alamos

Santa Rita:

This was another 5 acre site for the Housing Authority with 7 buildings for low-income housing.  New infastructure and rough and finish grade staking.  We also performed an as-built survey and a ALTA/ACSM Survey and Certification.  - Lompoc

Working with CSI, Inc Gromatici performed the layout and boundary survey for this project in Santa Barbara.
